Concept
I am so proud to share that I have been selected as a finalist in the International Francisco Mantecón Biennial Poster Design Terras Gauda 2024 Competition, among 1,283 posters from 70 countries. My design is directly inspired by the artwork of Francisco Mantecón, the late artist whose passion is at the very heart of this competition.

Over the summer of 2024, my work has been displayed in Vigo, Spain. I placed in the top 20 of all competitors around the world. I would like to thank Fathi A. Bakkoush for his guidance and support in participating in this competition. This is truly an amazing opportunity. Research
Every year Vigo port receives the most important cruise ships and companies: from the largest in the world to transatlantic, exclusive or adventure cruises.There are lots of connections. Cruise traffic in Vigo takes place in the central area of the port, located in the heart of the city and some 20 kilometres from the airport. It is also Spain’s busiest fishing port and a hive of activity.
IDeation sketches
For additional type used in the website application design, the typeface used should be clean, clear, and simple. The bodega’s logo is very detailed so a sans serif, minimalist type would complement the design. I plan to use the additional type for the links displayed at the top of the website.
