The goal of this rebrand is to ignite awareness and engagement with HFH and celebrate the program’s 40 years of serving the community. This rebrand isn’t just about looking back; it’s about celebrating our past, present, and future, all in the name of community, progress, and resilience.
DELIVERABLES
Logo Redesign Mailers and Handouts Gala Brand Adaptation Social Media Campaign Promotional Video Restore Signage Posters
Logo Design Brand Integration Omni-Channel Marketing Time Management Leadership
I served as the lead graphic designer on a collaborative team of diverse SCAD students that set out to ignite awareness and engagement with Habitat for Humanity by crafting creative strategies that shine a light on the wonderful program and bright brand identity. I developed the 40th rebrand logo and branding style guide and led a team of graphic designers to develop a variety of promotional materials. I also adapted a holiday variation of the logo utilized in their Holiday Winter Gala with strategic marketing approaches. This effort significantly increased the organization’s impact, reinforcing its mission of providing affordable housing in the Coastal Empire region. This work currently lives on in Coastal Empire Habitat’s branding.
Key Skills
Research
I visited three of Savannah’s local libraries to collect archival imagery and document HFH’s impact on Savannah for the last 40 years. Visiting Build Sites and the ReStore gave me valuable insight from staff, volunteers, and partner families, and gave me a better understanding of HFH’s mission through interviews and volunteer work.
